Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on a Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers

Peak BioLabs ships exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on the service selected at checkout, your order may ship via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express.

Estimated Delivery Windows

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days after shipment
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days after shipment
• USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Peak BioLabs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the USPS system after the label is created. You can track your shipment at usps.com.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Peak BioLabs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is confirmed delivered by USPS, Peak BioLabs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local USPS facility. For packages confirmed undeliverable or lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us at support@peak-biolabs.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Shipping Delays

Peak BioLabs is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, extreme weather, natural disasters, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order experiences an unusual delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products — lyophilized peptide research compounds that require strict temperature-controlled storage — Peak BioLabs maintains a limited refund and return policy. We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the issue must fall into one of the following categories:

• Product arrived visibly damaged or compromised in packaging
• Incorrect product was shipped (different item than ordered)
• Order confirmed lost in transit by USPS (not yet delivered)

Refunds will not be issued for customer error (incorrect address, order changes after processing) or for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and compliance requirements, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns of any product under any circumstance. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us with documentation (photos) and we will review your case.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging or contents, please:

• Photograph the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt
• Do not discard any packaging materials
• Contact us at support@peak-biolabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund for confirmed damage.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived and tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us. We will open a trace with USPS on your behalf. If USPS confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement shipment or a refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exclusions & Limitations

• Refunds are not available for buyer's remorse or change of mind
• We are not responsible for product degradation due to improper storage after delivery
• Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for partial order issues
